Recognizing the importance of physical security as well as network security, we have designed our data center
and office facilities to be as secure as possible against unauthorized access, theft, fire and other physical
threats. We monitor the physical security of our data center and offices 24/7 via biometric technologies,
CCTV and physical alarm systems.

SAS 70 Audit Completion
MaximumASP successfully completed a SAS 70 audit for certification.
SAS-70 is an internationally recognized auditing standard demonstrating that a service
company has completed an in-depth audit of their control activities, usually information
technology and related processes, by an outside third party.
Accounting firm Chilton & Medley conducted the MaximumASP audit verifying that our controls
in hosting and IT infrastructure services including security practices, physical and logical
facility access, environmental controls, data backups, customer service practices, and management
policies were found to be operating with sufficient effectiveness. With this certification in
hand, MaximumASP customers can rest assured that their online data assets are secure.
